GanttSnap ("we", "our", "us") is a Microsoft PowerPoint add-in that converts project schedule data into Gantt chart slides. GanttSnap is operated as a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. These Terms govern your use of GanttSnap, including the Free, Pro, and Advanced tiers, our website at ganttsnap.com, and any related services.

By downloading, installing, or using GanttSnap, you confirm that you can form a binding contract, that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you're using GanttSnap on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
GanttSnap reads schedule data you provide (via Excel import or manual entry) and renders it as Gantt chart shapes directly on a PowerPoint slide. Processing happens locally inside PowerPoint on your device — we do not receive, store, or transmit your schedule data.
GanttSnap is offered in two tiers:
Pro tier access requires an account, identified by your email address, and a valid license. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and license key confidential. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each license is valid for use on up to 2 devices simultaneously. To use your license on a new device, sign out in the GanttSnap add-in on one of your existing devices first — this frees a slot. Licenses are personal to the purchaser and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke a license used in violation of these Terms.
Pro subscriptions are billed annually in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes, on a recurring basis, until you cancel.

You retain all rights to the schedule data, files, and content you import into or create with GanttSnap. We do not claim ownership over your project data, schedules, or the slides you generate.
As described in our Privacy Policy, your schedule data is processed locally and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. For Pro accounts, we store only the minimal account and license data described in that policy.
GanttSnap, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by GanttSnap and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GanttSnap for its intended purpose — they do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
GanttSnap is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
GanttSnap is a visualization and formatting tool. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any chart, date, or status it generates before relying on it for decision-making or distribution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GanttSnap and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €25, whichever is greater.
You may stop using GanttSnap and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, including non-payment, license misuse, or abusive behavior toward our support team.
Upon termination, your right to use Pro features ends, though these Terms' provisions on liability, intellectual property, and disputes survive termination.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of GanttSnap at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to Pro subscribers by email where reasonably practicable. Continued use of GanttSnap after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
